Blossom’s Boutique Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at any time, continual use of this website after changes have taken affect indicate your acceptance of such changes.

 

Privacy

Blossom’s Boutique understands the importance of customer confidentiality. Our privacy act complies with the Privacy Act 1988.

Personal information collected will only be disclosed within blossom’s boutique for marketing and/or shipping purposes. No personal information is shared with any other site.

Returns

We love our customers to be happy with their purchase so if you feel you have made the wrong decision, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

We don't offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.

If you wish to return an item, please email us at blossomsboutique@y7mail.com  with details of the return. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging for another size, please include a post bag with your return to ensure you receive your new item fast! We recommend using express post to ensure we do not receive your return outside the 14 day time frame.

Items must be received in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Please take care when trying on garments - they will not be accepted as a return if they are not in their original state, have any traces of make-up, or smell of deodorant or perfume.

Blossom’s Boutique staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in new condition. In this case, the item will be returned to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept any returns on jewellery, accessories, home wares, swimwear, undergarments or sale items.

Exchange / Store Credit

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size. However, in the event that we do not have your size available, returned items will be issued as a Store Credit.

We will process your return within 3 days of receiving the products & you will be emailed a confirmation once items/store credits have been sent back to you.
